Data Deletion Your account, your call.

How to delete your account and the data tied to it, and what we keep afterward.

You can delete your data at any time

You can permanently delete your BetWizard account and the data tied to it yourself, from your account page, in under a minute. If you cannot sign in, email us and we will do it for you. Deletion cannot be undone.

1Delete Your Account Yourself

On the website or in the BetWizard app:

  • Sign in and open your account page.
  • Scroll to the bottom and choose Delete account.
  • Type the email address of your account to confirm, then confirm the deletion.

Your account is deleted straight away and you are signed out. Go to your account page

2Ask Us by Email

If you cannot sign in, or would rather we did it, email us from the address on your account:

We may ask you to confirm that the account is yours before deleting it. We complete verified requests within 30 days and confirm by email when it is done.

3What Is Deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes:

  • Your account and profile, including your email address and sign-in details
  • Your saved parlays and tracked bets
  • Your preferences and notification settings
  • The devices registered to receive push notifications

Once deleted, your account cannot be restored. If you sign up again later, you start with a new, empty account.

4Subscriptions and Payments

  • A subscription bought on our website is cancelled immediately when you delete your account.
  • A subscription bought through the App Store or Google Play is billed by Apple or Google. Deleting your account does not cancel it: cancel it in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings.

5What We Keep

Some records are kept after deletion, only as long as needed:

  • Payment and invoice records, held by our payment processor and kept as tax and accounting law requires
  • Our own page-view statistics, which are deleted after about 13 months
  • Information we must keep to comply with the law, resolve disputes or prevent fraud

Data that Google and Meta collect through their tags on our website is held by them under their own privacy policies. You can manage it in your Google and Meta account settings. Cookies and Tracking
